What is Matco Membership?

To help reduce the cost of maintenance and avoid costly multi-year contracts, Matco offers a simple annual maintenance program that reduces the cost of a spring and fall Tune Up. Members can save up to 50%. We visit twice a year for seasonal tune up work. If you signup in the Fall, we visit in the fall and then again in the spring. If you signup in the spring, we visit in the spring and then again in the fall.

Fall/Winter Tune Up

-Check the heat-exchanger for cracks
-Check the pilot safety controls
-Check the combustion fan and safety switch
-Check the access door safety switch
-Check the hi-limit cut off safety switch
-Adjust the gas pressure if necessary for maximum burner efficiency

Spring/Summer Tune Up

-Clean the outdoor condenser coils of dirt and debris
-Check the refrigerant charge and super-heat on the system
-Blow out the condensate drains
-Check for any loose electrical connections that pertain to the A/C system
-Change the customer provided air filter if needed
-Oil any non-sealed bearings
-Check for any abnormal motor noises
-Check the amperage on the compressor
